Where it disagrees with the minutes

The agenda is the better record of what was scheduled; the minutes are the better record of what was discussed. They differ in four ways:

  1. Order. The agenda runs growth at 9:30 and the crosswalk at 10:30. The minutes make the crosswalk Session 1 and growth Session 3.
  2. Naming. The agenda calls the Jennifer Paul session “M-STEP/Smarter Crosswalk.” The deck and the minutes call it “Using the Smarter Balanced Interim Assessments,” with the concordance table as one component.
  3. Coverage. A WIDA Assessment Operations update appears in the minutes under Session 1 and is on no agenda item.
  4. Minute approval. The agenda’s 9:00am “Minute Approval” item is not recorded in the minutes at all.
