Michigan research association. The committee recommended presenting the growth methodology work to MERA for additional feedback — Present the growth methodology work to MERA.

The rationale is that MERA is closer to the districts that consume growth results than a national technical committee is, and would provide a second, differently situated review before OEAA commits to a change that would require an announced break in trend.
