Tell districts they need not wait for reimbursement

The advice. For districts already using the Smarter Balanced interim assessment, promote the fact that they do not have to wait for reimbursement as they would when using other assessments.

Why. A cash-flow advantage that costs OEAA nothing to communicate and that the target audience — district financial staff, per Target district financial staff and school boards — is precisely the group that would value it. The committee paired the two suggestions.
