Bring a sample score report to the next meeting
The advice. “Would like to see an example of score report for next meeting.”
The final line of the April minutes, and one of two explicit commitments carried into the fall meeting.
Why. Every reporting recommendation from Session 5 is a claim about how a document will be read, and none of them can be evaluated in the abstract. A sample report makes Report a level of certainty with any subscore category, Offer drill-down score reporting, and Run parent think-alouds and focus groups on the score report concrete at once — and it is also the artifact the parent think-alouds would be run against.
What to check it against. Does a reported category carry its certainty? Is the At/Near Standard band drawable for every subscore, and if not, is that visible? Does the layered structure exist? Does the report state what it cannot support?
Status. Open — due at the fall 2026 meeting.
