Offer drill-down score reporting
The advice. “Could provide a drill-down feature – basic information, subscore, standard errors, learning profile.”
Why. A structural answer to the tension the whole session circles: the field wants more information, and more information reported flatly is misleading. Layering resolves it. The default view carries what a general reader can act on; the detail — including the standard errors that Report a level of certainty with any subscore category requires — is available to a reader who goes looking.
It also means the uncertainty information does not have to compete for space with the headline result, which is usually why it gets cut.
Status. Open.
