The state education agency. Two of its offices convene this Technical Advisory Committee jointly: the Office of Educational Assessment and Accountability (Office of Educational Assessment and Accountability (OEAA)) and the Office of Educator Excellence (Office of Educator Excellence (OEE)).
Led at the time of April 23–24, 2026 TAC Meeting by new State Superintendent Dr. Glenn Malayko, still in his initial period and focused on gathering district feedback. OEAA had held an initial conversation with him about reporting.
